They absolutely can't communicate, and they WILL talk over you when you're trying to explain the situation. They will then hang up on you if you show ANY frustration with them blatantly disrespecting you by talking over you. If the customer is speaking, shut your trap and listen. You don't earn respect by being disrespectful.

They will rob you with minimal explanation. They WILL wait months before alerting you to the EXCESSIVE charges that they created out of thin air. If you ask for proof of the extra charges (as they will not reflect on your online account!!!) they will have to jump through hoops to print out a minimal sheet that says the amount they now require. IT SHOULD REFLECT IN THE ACCOUNT WHERE THE CUSTOMER CAN EASILY FIND.

They will tell you several different charge amounts over the phone, when you go in, its another amount that was never mentioned.

KEEP TRACK OF HOW MUCH YOU SPEND BECAUSE THEY WONT PULL IT UNTIL ITS CONVENIENT FOR THEM. IF YOU SPEND MORE YOUR ACCOUNT WILL BE OVERDRAWN AND LATE FEES ADDED.

Good luck if you pick them, in my opinion I'd cut my losses as soon as possible and find a more RESPECTFUL and RELIABLE bank.

4front is the best bank in my town. But if I have to call it transfers me to some person that don't even speak English and it's kind of frustrating I don't feel comfortable giving out my information can't even understand what they say bad for business

This place is a joke. Make there own rules I simply ask for a ATM card and that shut me down bc I have a debt card already it my account if I want a ATM card too by all means I should be able to have one

Customer representatives(cashiers) are always nice. Had a problem a couple of weeks ago, where I had a double payment come out. The fixed it within one business day.
