We’ve lived in the area for nine years, but just discovered “R” Apples. What a find — for not only apples, but raspberries and vegetables of all kinds. The carts available to customers make picking your own easy, and their prices are quite reasonable. We’ll be back. Thank you!

This place is not big as the one next door but it is less crowded. Easy to get in and get out. I believe the Apple is $2 /lb.

Nice spot to go apple picking. It gets crowded on the weekends during the fall so be prepared for lots of people and cars everywhere. Wide variety of apples to pick from as well as pumpkins. Gourds also available for picking.

Amazing! Huge! There are apples, pumpkins, popcorn and more. The only unfortunate part is my group wanted to walk through everything rather than drive our car back through but you have to drive and park. We appreciated the porta-johns throughout as well as the wide variety of choices! Prices were fair.

It's a low-key u-pick/harvest your own produce establishment. (Apples, kale, cabbages, raspberries, and more)
If you are looking for heavy agritourism, this is not the place for you at the moment, even though there are a few displays for guests to take pictures with.
I very much appreciated the low-key atmosphere, as it really allowed for harvesting to be their main draw for guests. Good prices, and bring your own bag. They charge by weight and not volume.

Went to pick apples after reading the positive reviews but ended up leaving straight away after a bizarrely rude and jarring interaction with an elderly employee. He created a very weird and uncomfortable atmosphere with his unkind, abrasive behavior. Maybe he was having a bad day but we won't bother giving this spot another chance. He also seemed very bitter towards Barthel Fruit Farms (down the road) as he pointedly asked us if that's where we thought we were in his little monologue. I can definitely see why Barthel is much busier than this spot if that's how he usually behaves.
We went to our usual spot, Gierach Orchards, after and had a much more pleasant experience. Prices were better too.
