It is always a pleasure to visit First Tech at the Nimbus location. We have been doing business with this branch for more than a year. Everyone that we have dealt with is courteous and has that smile that tells us they are glad to see us. This branch is truly an example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE should be. My wife and I have been working with Shivani Marathe. Shivani is a busy young lady. She always seems to find time to answer our questions. We have been very lucky to have her work with us on bump-up CD's, credit card, checking acct and savings acct. Once again, Shivani's customer service to us is one of the reasons that we started moving our banking business to First Tech at Nimbus.

In my opinion this is the best branch of First Tech. Everyone in there is friendly and helpful, especially Shivani Marathe who helped me with a difficult situation and was able to navigate it with confidence and knowledge. She is clearly an expert in her field and that is wonderfully refreshing. Unfortunately I haven't had the same experience at the Cedar Hills branch so will travel a little further from home to deal with Shivani. So grateful!

I received excellent customer service and help from Darnell today when setting up a checking account for my son. He clued me in on some great options to earn better interest on $ that was wasting away in a low yield saving account. The Nimbus staff are always courteous, professional and good at what they do.
