Incredible buying experience.
I went here to look at a GMC Canyon that I saw on Car Gurus and was not disappointed. John was the gentleman that helped. I say “helped” because I didn’t feel like I was being sold to at all. John answered my questions honestly without any fluff. He was quick to point out the positive and negative features of the truck and gave me the keys to go test drive without feeling the need to ride in the passenger seat breathing down my neck. The next couple of days we stayed in touch over the phone as we chatted about price. He was kind on the phone and was not pushy at any point in our negotiations. We ended up agreeing on numbers and I showed up to pick up the truck and was out in under an hour with all paperwork/registration taken care of. Three days later when the truck had a maintenance light come on John immediately booked an appointment with a mechanic to cover the cost of the service. 10/10 buying experience at this small 2-man operation.

These guys are the absolute best. I’ve purchased many vehicles in the past and never experienced a true “no pressure dealership.” This is how every dealer should operate by helping the customer along the way rather than trying to rush the process and get them to buy the first vehicle they see.

Brad was my main contact, along with Eddy the owner, and I have to say the entire process was very smooth. We ended up having mechanical issues shortly after purchasing a van from them which they completely fixed and helped us with. They went above and beyond our expectations and we truly appreciate them. The confidence they showed us is unmatched.

It’s safe to say I’ll be purchasing all of my future commercial vehicles through them moving forward!

Gross misrepresentation of Smart Car. Out of state buyer and they represented it as being exceptionally clean and low miles. All fluids and filters changed - LIED! See air filter photo. Do to this particulates entered the turbo and has caused sever damage to the engine. Repairs exceed $10,000.00. When Brandon the salesman was told he blew me off stayed not their problem!

I bought my 2017 Smart car in July from Lake Auto in Mineola. I could never t drive it more than 3 times without the check engine light. It went back within 10 days for the next 6 months. , they had it more than I did. Bad gas tank, 3 check engine lights with different codes. Also said they took it to the Mercedes dealer, going through 40.00 worth of tolls and not paying them. I just got another one for 16.00. They sold a car that was not ready to be sold. I just got it back in December at my expense and 2 days later the light came on again. I paid my mechanic 300.00 to fix it. Do not buy a car from John or Brad. All Eddie had to do is take it back. Instead, 6 mos of stress

If I could leave a 10 star review I would! I found the place at the beginning of the week around Nov 15. John called me back as soon as I inquired about a Smart car they had on the lot. Throughout the week he worked with my bank and got everything squared away. My husband and I went to pick the car up today and John had everything ready to go and met us with a smile. This was the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. He was honest about the car and made sure we were completely happy before we left. We drove 2 hours to get it and I would’ve driven 2 more to get an experience like this. If you’re looking for a car go see John!
