I have been an Insight member since 2011.
The ATM machine screen keeps having problems interpreting my finger presses (example, i click 100.00 fastcash but it thinks I pressed 20.00)
On the second attempt to get money out (needed 100.00 cash) it gave me a ripped 20.00 bill. I have to come in here in the morning to get a replacement 20.00 bill.😑

Yolanda helped me out and exchanged the damaged $20 bill.

But seriously, the ATM is kind of Janky.

After many years of being a customer I'm done with Insight. They by far have the worst customer service of any bank I've been with. Definitely dont call their 1800 number expecting any kind of help. Its a shame considering 99.9% of my transaction require nothing from them. They act like a bunch of entitled big shots. All of my accounts will be closed this month. Don't waste your time and patience.

The Clermont bank on Hwy 50 and Hancock is amazing. We have had fraud and theft which was a major problem. They treated us like family and each person we dealt with was so helpful and understanding. It’s awful to have banking issues, but they all were professional!

Horrible experience!. Their customer service is really bad. Dont’ know what happened to them. There were much better before. I recently applied for a second car loan and it took almost a week to get a response from them and this is because I kept calling. I could never get a straight answer from anyone. They would ask me to send paperwork and then say they didn’t receive it when in fact they did. The only person that was helpful was Felix Alicea. Everyone else was just rude.

SAVE HEADACHES LOOK ELSEWHERE

This credit union is horrible and very unorganized. I spent well over 2 hours setting up a new very large business account. The branch manager seemed almost surprised someone would set up this type of business account through them. I like supporting local companies.

Over the time period it took us to set up this account the branch manager had to have someone else in the bank to come in and show her how to set the account up. She had to delete and restart the process multiple times. I tried to be understanding since it seemed like she may have been new to the bank. Over that time period she ask me about business checks which I stated I wanted.

At the end of the process I mentioned about my business check multiple times and she stated it would take roughly 10 days to get them in. A month has gone by and I still have not received any checks yet. So I called the branch and was told they were not ordered. I got a call back from the manager and she told me they were out of those type checks. I then ask her, well why would you not call me back, she had no response. I placed 3 calls in the last two days asking for this managers boss to call and been told they would call that day, but guess what no returned phone calls.

Time to pull my money from this credit union and move on to a more competent and service friendly bank in my local community. Best Advice, STAY AWAY FROM INSIGHT CREDIT UNION !!!!

Called to try to get some general information to assist my elderly father with banking affairs after the passing of my mother. Nicole, cust svc manager very rude and could not have been less helpful. Stay away from this credit union.

I have to say that out of all the Banks I’ve been, I’ve never seen or dealt with an employee as dedicated, helpful, smart, goes out of her way to help you and resolve whatever problem you have as with Karel Alonso. I had the privilege to have met her, thanks to my Mother having to do some transactions and would only do them with Mrs. Alonso because she knew that they were going to be done correctly! I highly recommend Mrs. Alonso for any transactions you would need in a Bank. She is an amazing employee & the bank is very lucky to have such a competent and incredible employee like her.

Been banking here for over 5 years and I love the fact that in such little time, the tellers knew me and my husband by name. They helped me refinance my car from a 17% down to less than 2%. The personal attention you get from the tellers and the bank manager, Karel is above and beyond. I’ve opened up bank accounts for my kids here also. Give them a try. They have free checking also. Their rates are always better than a regular bank.
