Although the front facing staff is polite, the willful miscommunication, lack of communication and timeliness of work performed is unsatisfactory.

We received a recall notice for our Kia EV9 that stated it would take 7-8 hours to complete. An appointment was made for a Wednesday at 9am. By 11:00am, we had been notified that they did not have the part to complete the recall (they had several days prior to the appointment to attain the part) but the parts would be in the following day (Thursday).

We received notification on Thursday at 11:45am that the parts had been delivered/arrived at the dealership. No further communication from the service advisor until just after 4pm that he had just received the parts (although we were notified at 11:45am that the parts had arrived) but the vehicle was already disassembled and they just needed to install and check that everything was good. He said the car would be ready in the afternoon the next day (Friday).

Friday morning at 7:50am, the car was driven into the service bay (apparently it was NOT taken apart and ready for installation as we had been told). By Friday at 5:20pm, we had not received any notification from the dealership so proceeded to the service department to inquire. They showed us the car in pieces! At that point, we were told it would not be done until Monday. I spoke with a service bay manager who said he would do his best to get it done on Saturday (again NO communication from ANYONE on Saturday). The car was finally done on Monday, 6 days after dropping it off for a 7-8 hour recall job!

Firstly i received an email regarding a 16 000 miles maintenance service due on my car..i booked the car in, got to the dealership for the appointment only to hear Luis say " there's no such a thing as a 16 000 maintenance " ..however Luis said they need to do a 15 000 major maintenance instead on the vehicle.. major maintenance on a brand new vehicle? After receiving the invoice we saw the ridiculous amounts that we were charged for and all the unnecessary checks that were performed on my vehicle that is still under warranty..battery checks, wheel alignment etc. How do you just perform a wheel alignment on a brand new car that doesnt even need one? Luis was quick to swipe my debit card for $1156 but could not even advise about coupons available on the website that could help with payment. We are new to this country and we have been robbed by Kia Clermont! What a shame!

Called the service manager and he was not helpful at all..looks like he is also part of this so called scam Kia Clermont has going on to take advantage of their customers..how can you expect customers to know about these things? Should there not be anyone who advices or helps customers at Kia Clermont? Clearly there is no customer service offered at this dealership. And for the service manager to have no input in the matter is having me doubt his position in the company. What a shame!

I was honestly going to let the situation slide but they sent me a text asking me to review my experience. If you insist!

I have a Kia Hybrid and i was told they didn't have many mechanics that specialize in those vehicles, understandable but it seemed like it slowed down the process pretty significantly. Didn't hear anything from them until I called over multiple days. I was told that my problem would likely be covered with one of the recalls that happened for my vehicle. Which sounded great to me.

They told me about the part I needed on Wednesday, then didn't order the part until the following Monday, and blamed the delay on the Holiday. Which hadn't happened yet.

While we were still waiting on the part to be delivered I was told that I needed a new fuse, and that part would also need to be ordered. My rep told me one hour of labor, when I called back to tell them to move forward I spoke with someone else because my rep was out who said 2 hours. The only explanation was that he was going to "help out his mechanic". Thankfully when I called back and spoke with my rep I was told the original 1 hour of labor.

When I picked up the vehicle everything made a little more sense. The only person that even looked up from their computer was the female rep. My vehicle had trash on the floorboards from my under my seat (which is fine, but odd) but also things they left in my car. They also did not put the shift lock cap back off and thankfully I found it before it was lost.

3 weeks to get my car back. It's not that it was bad. It was just like if my teenager ran a service department. No one communicated within their team, no one proactively communicated with me. And there was a significant amount of uncertainty created by this situation. The whole "helping out his mechanic" thing was pretty ridiculous. Car runs, I just don't think I'll bring it back there.

Came in for a tire repair twice. The first time I left the car the entire day and when I returned at the end of the day I was told that they couldn’t find a leak. I then continued to tell the service rep that there is a leak the tire wasn’t at the correct pressure. He then proceeded to tell me that there wasn’t a leak. After leaving my tire light immediately came back on I then set another appointment came back in and waiting almost two hours with my car sitting in the air and no one working on it. It seems that they do not plan to honor their Clermont advantage which they force you to buy when buying a vehicle with them. They seem to think that being in their cell phone is more important than working on a car.

I had the best experience working with Oscar,

I was driving back from Georgia to Florida and I decide to stop and get the service of my vehicle done, when they told me the time was taking was long I felt sad because considering my trip plus the service time and the still 2 hours drive pending for me to get home it was like wasting my Saturday also considering I needed to wash my car. My surprise is that you guys took care of washing my car without any charge (or any request from me) as a courtesy for the waiting time, omg that made my day and drive back home so happy, thank you so much for the customer service I receive

Luckily google doesn’t have 0 star because you don’t deserve a star at all. The last time i went there it was Ed told me i still have 2 free services left then he told me if you can give me a 5 star review which i did and then i can give you one more service for free so technically i have 3 in total.

Then my husband came in to do the regular routine and the agent was tom the guy who can’t give a precise information. He told my husband you need to sign this paper for the contract of service? My husband was confused and asked him what is it for and why is he signing and then he said let me double check again the computer then tom said you don’t have available services anymore. My husband called me and i explained to him what ed (the last agent) told and offered me the kast time i was there. My husband asked him how much do i need to pay he said “100something” then my husband started to get frustrated because he was not sure about the charges and the contract that they wanted him to sign in the first place.

So be careful with this service center because if you will not ask every detail they won’t tell you and just charge you insane amount without proper explanation. Also they will ask you for review because they know the center suck so they will offer something in return for the review as a bait.

Very quick service. Service area has plenty of comfortable seating with complimentary coffee. While waiting , they sent me a personalized video about what my car needs. I was never pressured into adding any other service or product. They even offered me an Uber, if I wanted to be taken somewhere else to wait. First class.
