Having a house is like a pregnancy and delivery!

That’s what I told James some days ago when the closing was ending. His advice, empathy, kindness, respect, privacy, patience, and mutual trust were the keys to this smooth process (pregnancy). He was there at all the moments needed, since day one of the decision to get a house, until the end (delivery) when received the title. Always having you in first place. He’s like family to me and I would no imagine no one else handling this process but him.
