Genuinely so unprofessional. Their app never works because it’s always down. I need to unlock my card to pay bills and I actively can not because none of their websites work….per usual. I’m finally gonna change banks this summer when I come home from school. If you know how any website is supposed to run their online banking and lack of being able to use their website will drive you insane. I can confidently say I’ve never had an experience at abri and gone “wow I’m happy with my bank”.

Had. Appointment set up to open a business account. They tried telling me I had to go to a romeoville location because there manager that does the business accounts called in today they notified me 30 min prior to the appointment mind you we waited 3 days for this appointment I have checks that need to be deposited & cashed by clients. So then I asked them if they already spoke to romeoville & they said no they were not sure they would accommodate us today. Completely unprofessional. Then they tried explaining to me how a business account works & that it takes days to open up. No unfortunately it does not. Having all the paperwork on hand it’s opened same day.

I had the pleasure of being helped by Danielle M. She was super helpful and I can attest that loans are always a nerve wracking thing to deal with but this situation was far from that. Couldn’t recommend enough I would give 6 stars if that was an option. She was fast, thorough, and professional would absolutely go to again and recommend to anyone that wants a smooth experience.

Worst bank of all!!! Put in my wrong zip code, couldn’t pay my bills after sighing up with a savings account. No access to my bank account. Ben unavailable for 3days!!!! No one has given an explanation or can’t call! Unbelievable!!!

I’ve banked with abri for over 20 years and the last 2 have been increasingly horrible. Recently, Rebecca, the teller supervisor, told me to take my check to Chase if I wanted to cash it(which I wasn’t, I was making a deposit). She said it was my first time bringing in a payroll check, which wasn’t true, and even if it was, so what? Why would I do that when I don’t bank with Chase, I bank with Abri? There was a phone number on the check if additional verification was needed. Such a rude thing to say to a customer. I had to go home and get additional paperwork and come back to abri to deposit my check. I’m seriously ready to place my money elsewhere if I have to jump through hoops to make a deposit. This isn’t the only incident I’ve had.

Don't even bother opening a banking account for your 15-year-old child because they are completely useless. Imagine opening an account for your son and then expecting to give them a card to use, but this banking doesn't give your child a card. What purpose does it serve to create an account for that child?
