Tried to apply. Put in phone number and was sent a code which never arrived. They now have my private details and I have no contact numbers. Avoid. I think this is a scam.

I loved fed ability until recently for no apparent reason my ratings went down massively all because I declined an offer of card from capital one under the guise of think money, also ocean finance I refused because with capital one who I considered I applied with sent me a think money card the credit limit was supposed to be £1500 they sent me a card credit limit £200 ( I ) phoned them and cancelled card and closed account the next thing is a was accepted by ocean finance credit limit £1200 received confirmation of acceptance credit limit £200 I rang them on call to them I discovered it was capital one again I cancelled and informed them
i wanted nothing to do with them whatsoever the next thing is I saw on credit ratings on credibility my ratings had suddenly gone down 67 points simply because I declined to accept derogatory inferior offers even though I was accepted for card with £1500 credit limit then £1200 both times capital one treated me as 2nd class citizen if credibility bothered to check in over 6 years probably a lot more years I've never ever missed I single payment to any companies always paid on time I feel it's most certainly time to close account with credability for sudden disgusting points loss it's not that I took a penny off that company under its many many guises no credibility decided I deserved point loss and capital one deserved standing ovation goodbye credability

So far it's good, I did find I was getting a lot of emails from you at first.
At first I wondered how many emails am I going to get each week?
But I then realised that it was because I'm new to this, advice is always a good thing especially when it's from people who do deal with new clients all the time.
I have found they have helped me adjusting to how it works.
I haven't been using it long enough to give 5 stars at present, but no doubt if it continues to be helpful then I will give more stars.

I only just didn't get my credit card and I really don't know what to do as I just got my permit six months ago.

To be honest there are better credit checking apps out there. This one sends you an email alert when you're score changes you press the check now button on the email it opens the app and spends the next 10 minutes spinning a loading circle on the app. You have to close the app close the email and reopen the app. And when you send a enquiry to customer support you get no response.

At first I didn't trust or belive this .but I go with my guts feelings. And guess wot it's the best thing ever.staff always on hand and ready to help.quick and reliable phone calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend anyone .thanks in regards.

Just like credit karma.. not good..!!
Information on my own report figures and what I could apply for, has left a string of soft searches on file... even though you say "It won't affect your report" or "Excellent chance of getting this card or finance..!"
Absolutely disappointed..!
