Worst finacial company to respond to customers inqueries, phones ring enlessly. Wait time is tormenting. Online process is a joke, a dont care attitude. Will be a joy when i go in to close my account, SMDH.

Bank fees similar to prominent banks like Scotia $116.50 every month like clockwork whether you have $1 or 1 million in your account and remember that after $650k there is no insurance on your money, you have to create another account. If you want similar benefits without the excessive fees and with a credit union, try First Heritage Cooperative (FHC).

I AM MAKING A PUBLIC DECLARATION:

Five (5) months I reached out to COK specifically the Cross road Branch, specifically Sheldon Gooden and his team. I requested documents about my loan account and explicitly told them that I need the information to PAYOFF the loan I have with them. To date December 5th 2023. No one has produced the documents for me to pay off the loan. In early October I received an email saying I would get the documents by Oct 26, 2023. To date Dec 5, 2023, I still have not received it.
They have added a loan to my loan that I know nothing about.
I have made 3 payments that was not applied to the account- when they showed me a document of the deposit and the loan balance, the deposit is obvious but the loan balance remained the same on all 3 occasions.
If Mr Sheldon is using delay tactics to try to steal my property I will be using the full extent of the law. COK and its team have literally tied my hands and is preventing me from paying of this account while it continues to rack up interest.

Customer service sucks, wait time is unbelievable, Customer service department in need of review. Would be good if u actually prioritize your customers.
Every time I come to the cross Roads branch to something other than the teller it takes atleast 1 and a half hours before a rep attends to me. The people who work in that department needs to value people's time, everyone is just casual!

Clumsiest credit union I've ever joined. Applied for something there and I had to be the one consistently Calling there to check on the status of my application. They made me feel like a nuisance. Each time I called the switchboard, the reps can never transfer me to who I need. And the wait time there is strictly ridiculous. Don't think I'll be going back here for anything. I plan to cancel the membership and I DO NOT RECOMMEND this place to anyone.

In December 21st of 2019, I deposit 36,000 in my cok account. On 23rd I went to withdraw the funds at the COK abm at Portmore Mall. I first tried $30,000 nothing happen got an error message so I then attempt $5500. Nothing happened. I check my balance and only had $57 in my account. I call the cok member care on December 24th which claim the funds were taken. When into the location same day at the Portmore Mall. The rude customer service rep said I have to do a dispute 10 business days and for the meantime I should look a man for Christmas. I held my composure and file the dispute. 10 business days after I went to the bank to check the dispute they claim its going to take months instead because someone withdraw my money the same day at 1 am in the morning. I asked to see a print out. Only thing that was on the print out was the transaction I did, no one attempt the transaction prior. I tried to explain that it was me all they need to do is pull the camera. The customer service rep was rude as well as the Bank manager. I closed my partner account. I paid $3700 for them to pull the claim. Now its almost the end of Feb and they claim its still under investigation to decide whether or not I get my money back.

Absolutely the worse place to do business. I've been hanging with them hoping things would change to no avail. Their CSR is useless/helpless and just adds fuel to fire after waiting almost an hr to speak to someone. Don't even try going to Portmore or Cross Rds because that's another major hurdle. This is it for me...

It's a credit union which offers options from savings to insurance to loans
