I started receiving these phone calls from General Credit telling me I've been sent to collections from my service provider shortly after I changed providers I switched my services from Koodo to Telus and I had not even received my final bill from Koodo yet not only that but they were trying to tell me that my bill was double the amount that it actually was. I ordered with them and told the lady that there was no way I could have been sent to collections yet and she insisted that they were a real company when I told her that I thought they were scamming me. They wanted me to e-transfer the money. I hung up on them and I called Koodo and they assured me that I had not been sent to collections whatsoever my bill is paid in full to the proper company and I am no longer receiving calls from these criminals. I told the lady that I spoke to you that people like them belonged in prison and how dare they do this to innocent people I tried calling the number and I got a blank answering machine. Obviously these are scammers and this is not a legitimate company

This is not a legit company. They tried to say I owed Sask Power for an overdue bill. Strangely, the amount they said I owed matched exactly the credit amount that Sask Power paid me when I closed my account. I can't imagine how many people have been scammed.

These agency lied about my bill said I owed more than I did to BCHydro. Sent me emails without proper documents of money owing. Staff hung up on me and I was being polite. They refused my payment. I reported them to the BBB. And paid BChydro directly it Took me 2 years to sort out. And to add they have not reported my payment to the transunion or equifax as paid. And yes BCHydro notified them. Sad they are given power to hurt people who want to resolve debt and rebuild credit.

It is a scam. Please do not pay on the spot. Call your company first to confirm. When I told the collection agent that before paying the amount, i need to talk to my service provider first, she tried to get the payment done right away. Please do not pay to them. Confirmation only takes few moments extra so please confirm first.

Sadly they are not an honest company. Due your due diligent and contact the company you supposedly owe the money too. Never ever give money to any company saying you owe money without proof. Sadly people like my mum think they are for really and it cause extreme stress. It’s rather shame full.

I totally understand that they're a collections company. They probably do a million evil things lol...but...I dealt with Salimah and I was a huge fan. She took the time to explain to me why it was in collections and what my options were. I was really impressed.

How convenient they send the money just as I made this review! These guys are awful. Plain and truly awful.

I've been trying to pay my debt off for a bit and it's completely payed except for the last 215 they decided they wanted to take their sweet time giving back after we paid the debt full with the original company (not GCSI). We've been waiting weeks for this.

One day there will be a service where we can report places like this and have them permanently shut down. Absolute garbage service. They're a bunch of children running a money scam.

PLEASE don’t make any payment to them they are a SCAM I’M telling you. Shanon is a complete manipulator. I just stopped my payments asap i already made payment of 450$ for rogers and she completely disregarded the payment agreement and hanged up the call on my face. DO NO DEAL WITH THEM I’M TELLING YOU.
