I am trying to foreclosure my cred cash loan, but I'm not seeing option to access cred cash to foreclosure my loan. I had even raised a request to enable cred cash some time before but still now I haven't received any response. We don't have option to chat with agent or number as well.

Hi I am trying to login to the cred account and I’m unable to login . Plus I have used some cred cash and I want to close it . I’m writing email and no response as well and the app is also not working pls help me here, can someone pls call me or respond to my email. I see the problem is only with my login. I tired with different number and I’m able to login . Pls fix this issue .

This is really a cheating app I paid my Kotak credit card bill yesterday through this app but the payment is not recieved to my Kotak credit card. I will be moving legally with cyber cell or else will be directlt coming to your branch office idiots.

I never had any issues with app initially but now I started to regret using this app after an incident. Recently I got a August month electricity bill and I was literally shocked cause it came with the arrears. But I pay the electricity bill without fail. But his was showing not paid. So I thought we can check in Cred application but I went to the application, no other utility bills where showing up and says down time. I tried to contact customer support. I tried surfing every where and later found that they don’t have dedicated support. Now I don’t know what else I have to do. Decided not to use this app going forward. Guys please use the bank authorised app to pay any bills. In the name of cash back we are been tricked by 3rd rated app where they don’t even have a customer support. For everything we have to chat with the bot which don’t even list your concerns. Seriously tricked in that name cash back.
