Muy mal servicio, tenía una cita y me la cancelaron sin avisar, llegando al lugar me dicen que no, que venga otro día, o vuelva hacer otra cita, ellos no avisan si se cancelan las citas tiene muy mal servicio

I recommended this branch to my dad 20+ years ago. My Dad,mom and my sister took over when my dad passed away. After all these years gone by I never put my money in a bank account or anything but I decided to take my sister's advice and put my money there. They're ok and the workers never gave me a problem. But they have to pay more attention to our money. There's been a lot of hacking. Otherwise I can say that LESP FCU are good to go in my book

horrible customer service. i was interested in applying for a mortgage loan for a coop apt that I was already in contract with. i never got contacted back to begin the process, after the building sent the loan manager all the building's paperwork for review. i even followed up and sent an email to the loan manager and till this day, almost 3 months later, i havent received a response.

I love the quality, the service of the Lower East Side People's FCU, and have had only positive experiences. Luis Mercado, and the rest of the banking team provide personalized and professional services matched with great people skills catering to the customer needs. Word of advice: the bank can be very crowded at the beginning day or two of the month.
