I had a very frustrating experience while trying to change my last name and update the address on my account. I was told I could not do anything unless the joint account holder was present so I left. I then received a phone call from a clerk stating that I could change the name but not the address - that would require the the other person on the account. Assuming the name was changed, I returned to make a deposit and was told that none of the information had been updated and I would need the joint account holder present. Once again, I left. I returned to the bank with the joint account holder and at that time he was not asked for his name, his ID, his signature. NADA. I just simply said he was the other person on the account and they took my word for it. Needless to say, I closed my account with this bank.

This financial institution is out dated. Unhappy & unsatisfied. <1. They don't listen to you as a customer or there is no communication within their team. Whatever security is used to secure our money from fraud is a joke. And to get reimbursed is like pulling teeth. I Do Not Recommend this joke of an establishment to nobody.

Closing my account. Karen Collins retired and it's gone downhill. So much for having that relationship with this credit union. I will be putting my money elsewhere.
