I watch my wife get irritated with companies and their customer service. Todays she was so excited how quick and on top of her work Jennifer Marquez was. We are so quick to give bad reviews when something doesn't go our way, but lets reward when they work hard and help. Thank you Jennifer Marquez you know the saying "happy wife happy life!" i have been trying to reach someone who can help me from the billing department for months now, and until this day no calls back from anyone from the company. This company keeps withdrawing money from my bank account up to 3 times monthly, going from $2 to $37.they were supposed to stop withdrawing money June 2019. till this day i have several more transactions from them and i just cant get a hold of anyone to help me out. i just made a claim with my bank hoping they will return over $100 that was withdraw in a period of 3 months.

I dont know why you are on my credit report, you better have some explaining to do. I have not applied for a home loan, my husband works for the FBI. If you don't make this right. This company will be brought down to its knees.

I am a mortgage broker and have used CTI for years. Spectacular service and reasonable rates. For all of the consumers posting negative reviews that they never gave CTI permission to run their credit, understand that CTI is a THIRD-PARTY credit company. They don't pull anyone's credit on their own. They only pull credit when someone such as myself submits a request. CTI may show up on your credit report as an inquiry, but they are NOT the company that initiated the request. So everyone (including the FBI agent's wife) is barking up the wrong tree.

This company does absolutely nothing they stated they would do. The owner has yet to return my call after being paid. It’s been month without any type of communication. HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I NEVER GAVE CONSENT to these people to check ANYTHING about my credit.

but, I am Not looking into purchasing a house nor anything else of large expense.
And I haven't inquired about any such.

Now this inquiry is on my credit report
for 2 years needlessly.

I had terrible experience with these guys they lied to me and then they tried to force me to get the panels they told me it was not a compromise and Olson they told me they not gonna run my credit and they did what a big lie guys I don’t like people like that I never gonna make business with this people like that especially when they lie to you
