Communication Federal is the best financial institution I have dealt with. You get the personal touch with every interaction. They know you by your first name and a person actually answers the phone. They don't try to nickel and dime you. I won't bank anywhere else.

The employees that work there I have had nothin but good experiences when talking to them, however, their processing system is crazy. They don’t keep time stamps and reorder your transactions when Monday comes from the weekend. I will update this comment in two weeks, but I thought I could rely on the app to be accurate - NOPE!
