When my Father In Law was in the hospital w/a broken hip, we needed to access his funds to just PAY HIS BILLS, nothing more. We have a PERFECT trust and Durable power of attorney. Daniel (Retail Manager) would not accept it from me or his daughter.

HOURS of driving to lawyer and them demanding notaries in person at the rehab facilities with signatures on the NEW trust with $800 new Successor Trust and New signatories along with massive snobby people at the bank who hate all of us and treat us like we are scum, we finally got the money. They treated us like we were lower than pond scum. We were in crisis. Never once were nice...never once offered to make a difference. It was illegal and horrid. Tulsa, you know what to do with this type of bank that hates Tulsa.

Try to avoid this place. Have been a member since 1997 and over the last few years, I can not tell you how many times the babk has left me stranded by deactivating my card because they “believe” it is fraud. Places in my own city and they shut my cards down without warning and leave you with no way to re-activate on the weekends or evenings. Luckily I use another bank which has never done that to me. I will be taking all of money and business elsewhere soon.

I have been with them for about 4 years and it has been nothing but problems. The only reason I am still a member is because of a small loan. If you have any issues at all no matter what it is, they will lie to you and tell you it’s taken care of. If you are looking for a local credit union, TTCU is the way to go. Been banking with them and have had loans through them and I have never had a problem.

The worst auto loan underwriter, a young lady, any business would hire, treated us as if we were her slaves. It was 2 years ago, we went there to pay some of our auto loans. She thought I didn’t know English, but I only knew how she behaved badly with us as customers. One of the worst local banks ever for us.

Setting up my checking account was very easy and done completely online. I went in person to make my initial deposit and was able to get my debit card while I was there. Everyone has been very nice and helpful. I've sent messages asking for clarification on a couple of things, like is it really that easy to get 6% interest?, and I got a quick response from an actual person, not a bot. Did I mention 6% interest and it's easy to qualify?

I recently inherited some money money from my parents and was deposited into our account.Now that we've money to spend it seems.Like every week they find fraudulent activity and shut our card down.It was a holiday during the week and we couldn't call anyone to get our bank card cleared to use.And couldn't get our A/C fixed due to the office being closed at our bank to pay them.It was over ninety plus degrees outside,it's like they dictate how you spend "your" money....
