at first the consultation was fine, then I told the person that I needed a few days. after a few days I decided I needed more time.

during needing more time I have received a text message that includes “do you know that since we first talked the average client would have already had 45% of their negative credit removed?” And one before that that said something along the lines of I “seemed” like I was ready to get started.

I feel pressured at this point.

I would have preferred to be given the space I needed to make my decision because spending the amount of money for the service is a commitment that I needed time to process.

I also was signed up for some sort of credit protection but did not give any consent to being signed up then I was taken off the sign up when I needed more time which is understandable but I never gave consent to be signed up in the first place.

At this point I regret giving my social information during the consultation because I lack trust in this company due to the customer service and I feel disrespected as a potential customer.

I also have had fraud activity happen since giving my social and I’m not saying that it’s from this company but what I am saying is that due to the recent customer service and how pressuring things are from this company it’s hard not to be concerned with what has happened after I have given them my personal information during a consultation.
