I can understand being ready to go home at the end of the day, but if your posted hours state the drive thru is open until 6 p.m. then your members should be serviced until 6 p.m. I, along with another member was turned down minutes before 6. I arrived at 5:56p and they had already shut down the drive thru. As a matter of fact, the deputy didn't put out the cones until I had parked to get out to take pictures.

What a luxury you have given your employees to decide they are done working for the day when it's not quite 6 p.m.

I have been with the credit union for over 10yrs! I opened a line of credit almost 5yrs ago. Was able to get monies when I needed it. I know credit is important when applying for a loan and other factors involved! Last month, I tried to get some founds from my line of credit and was told it was closed and would have to reapply if I want this line of credit reinstated. I was not informed of my line of credit closing! Bad communication on the credit’s part! I applied only to be denied due to income. Now mind you, I am still responsible for paying the remaining balance on this loan. I have direct deposit with the credit union, the credit union get their payments as soon as the funds are deposited into my account. Never been late. This account has been established for a while. I spoke to my loan officer and she said she would resend the loan. I received a dry email stating it was denied. I called my loan officer again, no response from her! It is difficult to get someone on the phone, even after the merger! I can see if it was a new loan. It’s an established loan. If I don’t pay, it will go against my credit! If I can give a negative 10, I would. Seems like the credit union doesn’t help it members like they used to. Very upsetting ?

When I first joined, this credit union was great. Never had any issues in the beginning (for years). Recently there were several mergers with different banks/companies, multiple name changes. We have been having issues with our banking every since. And these are not small issues, they are major issues. Honestly looking into switching to a different bank.

This the worst credit union ever! After banking with this credit union for years, it seems customer appreciation and service have changed drastically! The staff is rude and unhelpful, unauthorized automatic drafts from accounts are processed and the phone lines are trash! If you do have a situation that need to be addressed and just so happen to reach someone over the phone, you’re told the manager will give you a call back that you’ll never receive!!!! The leadership is ridiculous… don’t waste your time banking here!!!
