Soy miembro de Baxter Credidt Union desde hace más de 10 años. El servicio para mi a sido muy bueno. No entras en este banco si no vas recomendado por otro miembro. Buenos créditos, bajos intereses.

The amount of time it takes transactions to post is unacceptable. It’s 2024. I should not go into the negative because of delayed posting. The customer service reps are kind however they don’t seem to be able to answer any questions in detail. Seems like they’re reading a script. I would advise Baxter to do in training.

Issued a dispute back in may; waited some time to be told it was never submitted. Resubmitted a dispute and waited beyond the 40 days specified online for a refund to later be told it can take up to 120 days. Waited the 120 days and I’m now being told it could take another 40 days. Every time I call, I get conflicting information. This credit union is not professional, reliable, or honest.

Great customer service. Quality products. I have been with BCU for almost a year and a half if my memory serves me correctly. I just recently started sending money to my accounts. After maybe six months after me sending my direct deposit there, I was approved for a auto loan and a unsecured credit card at very good interest rates. I did require a co-signer but my score was only 574. I've never had any bad experiences with them. If you're looking for a loan Emily was awesome to me

BCU has been my bank for many years. I've recommended it to family, friends, and acquaintances because of its excellent service. But lately, this bank has turned into a disaster, a shadow of its former self. The latest example? I've been trying to complete a balance transfer for almost four months, and they've messed up many times by sending the check to the wrong bank. Once, they even sent it to my house with the wrong address! They got the amounts wrong, and in the end, they never sent it at all. Honestly, this was my last experience with BCU, and I've decided to leave the bank and will never recommend it again.

They do not care about resolving your issues or providing any form of customer service . Expect to spend a lot of time holding just to get agents to put you on hold to "research the matter". In addition to their poor customer service, they freeze my card at least once a week for suspicious activity like shopping at the local grocery store. And their app does not let you unfreeze it.

I just want to explain that this credit union is located INSIDE of the Beckman Coulter facility. You will need to speak with security to enter the building. It does actually exist and I’m a happy member of BCU.

Sometimes customer service can be a wait but other than that this is by far best bank I've ever been with
