Horrible customer service. Representative named Cheyenne demanded payment from me even though I had explained that I haven’t had the car. This is the SECOND TIME in 7 months that they’ve had the car. The car has been in service for over 60 days total. Following my conversation with the representative she then sent an email demanding payment within 10 days or they would repossess it. (They won’t have to go far to get it bc it’s AT THEIR REPAIR SHOP and has been there for 3 weeks.) Currently my car payment is 19 days past due and they’re threatening to repossess. The have also attempted to pressure me into voluntarily relinquishment.. These people are bullies and outright crooks. They are attempting to force me to pay for something that I don’t have and doesn’t work. Shady company and shady collection people. They are not trying to “work”out anything with me. I don’t even know when or IF my car can be repaired. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

I just tried to call about making a payment and this account is almost completely paid for, due to it being in my husbands name (which I'm the only one that has ever called) they told me today I was not authorized. My phone number is the main one listed, why today of all days trying to MAKE a payment they won't talk to me. Oh Well! These people are the rudest I have ever talked to at a customer service.

@ Ashley Perez do you think they will work with us again. Me and my husband are homeless and ww basically sleep in our truck it's our home for temporary. We got an apartment and need to pay our car payment for March and April they deferred our payment for February and need them to do it again so we won't be homeless anymore. Do you think they will put our payments on hold? We are willing to even park our truck on the car lot until we are caught up on payments. What you think? Need your advise?

I had a wreck where I was run off the road Allie just calls me with an attitude and hung up in my face after I was severely injured in the wreck ! I was told and signed legal documents to keep their insurance the car came with gap as well so I was informed that the car would be paid off by insurance!They recently called said I owe about 1500 still? How ? I’m taking legal action as my credit has dropped 50pts !!!!!Do no recommend wise credit at all they literally have no human decency or integrity
