My husband and I were not impressed with this company. We paid for the one time aggressive action approach due to a collections balanced being reported open that had been settled in full over a year prior to us contacting them to help us remove it from credit. We had documentation proving we’d paid the balance and were clear of further responsibility but somehow it had been reported incorrectly for months. We figured out the hard way when applying to buy a home. We went through Bolt at the recommendation of our Realtor and neither of us will recommend in the future. We waited weeks knowing it would take time. We got a notice that our one time period had ended and our account with Bolt was being closed before being provided an update or resolution. We called to be informed this was a back end thing on the account and to disregard it (would’ve been nice to be told this before having to find out). We got a letter from the credit bureaus that an improper third party was attempting to resolve issues with my husbands credit and to contact the bureau (a fraud warning essentially) we told Bolt about the letter and they claimed they’d been getting them lots lately having issues disputing on behalf of clients. Ultimately Bolt wasn’t allowed to help on our behalf and we were referred to a legal agency by them to open a case to litigate. My husband after over 35 days of nothing happening on his credit and receiving the letter about Bolt filed his own dispute which ended up being what we should’ve done all along. Wouldn’t have cost us over $250 and we would’ve gotten the same result as had we not used Bolt in the first place. We let them know we felt they hadn’t helped and would’ve liked a partial refund and they assured us they could not do that and that they were responsible for helping his credit. 55 days of nonsense and money down the drain. I also failed to mention how much they DON’T update you on your progress. Obviously none was made which may be why they never would reach out to us but we always had to email or call for any updates they were never provided without request first — frustrating when working with them was putting our house application on pause indefinitely. Don’t waste your money here.

I would give bolt credit 100 stars if possible. They are extremely knowledgeable, reliable, and offer a great service that works. They go above and beyond to take care of their customers. Shauna is not only amazing at credit repair but one of the top real estate agents and has so many professional connections. Every person she has referred me to has been of the best quality in customer service, reasonably priced and reliable! I bought my house with Shauna’s help 5 yrs ago and she is still there for me to this day! Thank you Shauna and her team for making such stressful task easy!

Bolt was awesome to work with! I let them know what my goal was and they helped me get my credit where it needed to be. I have been able to qualify for a home and they played a big role in that. They were able to help me get some stuff removed from my credit report that shouldn't have been there in the first place and they were the only ones that were able to get it done. Luz was great to work with and answered any question I had. I would highly recommend Bolt to anyone that needs help with getting their credit right! Thank you so much!!!!!!

I I am so grateful to Shaunna and her staff at bolt credit services. They have gone above and beyond to help strengthen and up my credit score by over a hundred and fifty points. They got negative marks off my credit that have been on there for years and helps Rectify others that should never have been on there. They are quick at getting all the necessary paperwork out to all 3 credit bureaus and I'm help me get back on my feet again. Bolt credit Shauna very Hands-On and personable and let you know every step of the way what is going on. Their online website is extremely helpful so you can look at just a glance. Because of their help and diligence I was able to buy my first home. I will forever be grateful to her and her staff and would highly recommend them if you are looking to get back on your feet quickly.

Wow! There aren't even words to describe how thankful I am that I made the choice to hire Bolt Credit. When I was given Shaunna's name for credit repair, I had no idea that I would be doing myself and my spouse the biggest favor for us. Our lives have changed completely since having Shaunna's help! When we first started the program our scores were extremely low. Mostly old medical bills that sat unpaid for years. Going through this credit program with Shaunna's team, I've learned so much about credit! We worked extremely hard, listened to everything they had to say, followed every piece of advice and always consulted with them before doing anything and you know what, it really does work!
