This is the worst place you wanna go and get a loan they tell you that your interest will be 3 or 4 percent but they don’t tell you besides that you have to be paying every single days 4 dollars they are stilling your money don’t go here

Please avoid using this bank for your financial needs. When I first signed up, I was informed that there were limits on my account, including restrictions on ATM withdrawals and the number of times I could swipe my Visa for debit or credit. Despite these limitations, I was usually able to go to the ATM to withdraw money even after reaching my swipe limit.

However, today I was unable to withdraw money from the ATM, even though I hadn't exceeded my daily withdrawal limit. It seems like the bank has suddenly changed its policies without proper communication, which is frustrating.

In my opinion, this bank might be suitable only for programs like the Summer Youth Program to help teach financial literacy, but it is not ideal for adults who need more flexibility, especially when supporting a family. Families often have to make multiple transactions, particularly for bill payments, and the limitations imposed by this bank make that difficult.

That said, my experiences at the Mount Pleasant branch have always been positive. The staff there is consistently respectful, helpful, and professional. On the other hand, my visits to the branches inside the police station and the Reed Center have been less reliable—sometimes good, but occasionally marred by the attitudes of certain tellers, especially some of the female staff.
