Thank you Ms Colette for the help getting a new card today! I unfortunately had a fraudulent transaction that FCU caught and notified me on right away via email. The person I then called and spoke to on the phone with the fraud claims department was very helpful and the experience I had in person was just as great! In and out in less than 10 min, new card in hand. Definitely made the situation less stressful. Thanks again!
