Steven from the finance department did a very great job at communicating and helping me through my car loan. I always recommend DFCU to people because credit unions offer so much more than bigger banks. Currently, they have a 5.25% CD for ten months one of the best APRs locally. Parking is okay and it's in the safest part of the city. I've had to use them one time around midnight because my credit union was down. They're also paired up with the local churches to help people in need.

Their rates are pretty low. Sure, their rates have gone up but so have many other places. Still relatively low, compare to others.
Lines go by slow, but that should be expected considering the amount of people who visit the bank. They are overall respectful, kind and helpful people.
Easy access to my credit card online, big plus. (Not sure about debit).

I have been at DFCU for over 10 years. They Have Been great. Today I can't get help! I tried to log in.. I went through the "forgot your password ordeal 2 times. They finally decide I am real. I had to put in my credentials. I ask the person to speak louder. They hung up!
