10/10! ⭐️ the loveliest shop. such beautiful hearted staff: so smiley and willing to help. really well organised, lovely selection of things and fairly priced too 🙂 extra cred to the manager zac who went above and beyond to assist & make our experience so wonderful. the volunteers are so so sweet. will definitely be back asap!

Went on a Monday afternoon to donate some lovely picture frames, books, games and more but was told the afternoon wasn't convenient and to come back the next morning. I donated it all to the charity opposite the road who was happy to take it all. I then went back a couple days later (in the morning) with some blankets which are like new and was told they can't accept them without a bag. Quite frustrating.

I recently came here to look for a winter coat and a pair of boots. Normally the staff are very friendly but I came across a very rude member of staff that made me feel so unwelcome. I asked for her name and she said it was Vanesa. I’ve never came across such a rude member of staff in this shop until recently and I won’t be going back to this shop again. This shop is based on charity and you have a very rude uninviting memeber of staff working here.
