We have dealt with this family owned company for many, many years, and you can certainly tell the difference in service compared to some of their competitors. It's a much more personal and friendly service from start to finish. They explained everything in detail and helped us to get to grips with the different controls in the car. There was no pressure. We had 2 test drives, and they gave us a good deal on our part exchange. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Had an excelled experience using Fred Coupe Motor Store, we travelled over an hour to the showroom as we had reserved a car online that looked perfect. We called in to view a completely different vehicle, but spotted a lovely mini in the showroom within our budget. Beverley (Wright) wasn't at all phased by us asking to see this instead, and going through the process of purchasing the car was straightforward, laced with humour and empathy.
Apart from a minor chip we spotted on the windscreen, so far the car is perfect. We rang about the chip, and within a couple of days it was sorted and repaired at no cost to us.
Honestly, you could not wish for any better service from a car dealership. Being family run, it's a breath of fresh air after all the larger, corporate dealerships we have dealt with over the years. Wish we had discovered Fred Coupe's sooner.

We bought a fantastic Nissan Micra here a few weeks back. It was the first car we saw and then we travelled all over the North West looking at others until we realised we had already seen the best!
The package on offer was a great deal and the service from Steve Holt was impeccable. No pressure, professional, trustworthy, and delivered us a car we couldn't be more pleased with, a warranty worth having, a dealer service, fantastic preparation and all at a competitive price.
