The first call I got, I was very skeptical, as anyone should be regarding personal information and someone saying you have to pay them money.
The behavior and some of the verbiage used during the first call was very unprofessional and scammy. I said I wanted to confirm this debt was sent to collections (I thought the debt was paid years ago).

I did call a second time too soon, under false information I did not owe a collection. I will admit I was a lil catty… I did some work in debt collection, and I’m familiar with some of the tactics and behavior toward people who owe them money.

Now, after MANY phone calls, I finally got the debt confirmed. Even after my not so kind behavior, they were willing to settle the original debt of $404 to $240. I’m very grateful. I will say this company isn’t professional at all, but do your due diligence to confirm a collection status. You may need to track down the physicians billing office (I did) because Doctor bills will not be in a hospital system.

Anyhow, some of y'all may be getting served soon… debt collectors will sue you for the money you owe, and you’ll pay so much more!! Be sure to confirm your account’s status and ask for proof of payment/ no balance.

They keep reporting this one case to my credit report over and over again. I've disputed it. I've added notes. It's a fraudulent charge. But they are relentless. I'm never going to take one of their calls. They are never going to get paid. It's the only derogatory remark I have on my credit report ever. I'll keep it there before I'll deal with this company. This was a medical bill that should have never been charged.

Pretty sure this company is a scam, or other people are spoofing this company in an attempt to spam. They refuse to send us a bill, but say they already have, and want us to verify by giving sensitive info they should already have. We started receiving calls about this 3 years after the date of Dr visit they gave us, for a bill we have already paid. Coincidentally (not) about 2 weeks after recieve a kotove of breach of info from that very Dr office. Do your due diligence, don't give out your private information.

I have been being contacted by this agency for over a year. Countless times a day. They initially told me I owe for a medical bill that went to collections and if I didn't start paying I'd have to go to court. I sent up an autopay with a routing and account number paid for several months and got suspicious of this so I canceled the payments. When they call back I ask them to please email or send a statement in the mail and they said they cannot do that. I think this is a fraudulent company harassing people

Sent an invoice in my child's name for services which were covered under medical assistance. Confirmed with the insurance company and the hospital that our account is paid in full and we have $0 balance. CMC continuously calls and sends letters. I disputed the claim, and they never responded. Ignored the dispute altogether, and instead just sent another letter.

This company is fraudulently putting hospital bills on people that the hospital don’t have on record. I spoke with them over the phone and emailed them. They still contact you and harass you for something you don’t owe at all. I wonder how long this they have been doing this and getting away with it.

It should be a place where to formally complain about this "company" They are trying to collect something that was paid in June. When you call, they yell at you and refuse to listen. I don't know who they think that they are dealing with, but I am a human being, not a stray dog. Get proper training or close your business. I am sending a letter to the hospital complaining as well
