I would rate zero if I could. Cannot find an open branch to access my money. Trying emails and calling no response. I want to close my account. Hello Credit Union is anybody there? When will you be opening on a Friday or Saturday?!!

just went all the way to Stratford branch to find its closed. why is this not on the website! I have been trying for 2 weeks to get through on the phones and have sent numerous emails no response whatsoever!

I was directed from Poplar to Stratford but this was closed also

Hence why I'm giving you one star due to you wasting my time will be following this up with a formal complaint !!!!

As a disabled person I shouldn't have to keep travelling to Stratford because your phone lines are forever faulty. LCCU I will be in tomorrow to close my account.

Called Monday to close acct I was told I would receive an email. Only email received has been a survey. Just wondering is there not an option 2 on your survey? You can not even get that right. If only I could share my screenshot.

Honestly it’s not shocking reading other people’s reviews on here. They treated me and my partner in exactly the same way. Not only are they incompetent, but they’re very extremely rude and obnoxious. I saw 2 Nigerian ladies who had us wait for over 40 mins only to tell us we needed an appointment. Even though when we spoke to someone on the phone a few days ago it had been booked in. They had us register for an account and taken £10 off us under false pretences that we could get a loan. We had everything we needed to get a loan good credit score, 2 jobs between us good references, but yet they rejected us for no reason whatsoever. Please avoid at all costs!!

this credit union and its other branches have gone to sh!t. The stratford branch opens maybe one day in two weeks so on that day they serve a few people and screw the rest. Most of their customers are pensioners and people on benefit so people can't get their benefit out to pay their bills and shop for food. Can't get them on the phone as they don't answer.... so this credit union is doing poor people whatever they want. Absolutely disgusted with them now. If rich people used the credit union they would function as they should ... but because its poor people mostly using the credit union they do them whatever they want. Time to shut this credit union down .
