I do not owe them. I asked for debt validation and specific information in that validation. They did not provide it. They claim it's for a doctor bill that is already paid off AT THE DOCTOR'S OFFICE. I also told them to stop contacting me and they continue. So lawsuit. They also sent a bill for over $900 when the alleged bill was just around $400. And keep it in mind that it is already paid off. At the doctor's office.

They will not stop calling me and after reading reviews it’s obvious this company is a predatory attempt at scamming people.

I’m blocking their number and I highly recommend other people do the same

It's quite funny how we received an "overdue" bill that has spelling and grammar mistakes from this place. First time hearing from this company.
We checked our updated credit report and contacted the places we actually have bills due. Nothing has ever been handed over to collections. Ever.
We unfortunately also happened to have a data breach recently, and receiving a bill from this random company soon after doesn't seem like a coincidence.

For everyone reading this review, please PLEASE check with the origin of the bill first before interacting directly with scams like this.

Called me telling them I owed $700 to Adventist. I never recieved service there as an adult as I am only 19. Sadly I fell for the scam and my bank is helping me get my money back. NEVER trust these people! Always ask them to send info to your email or talk the organization that sent the debt to the debt collector FIRST.

Received a bill under the wrong name and called to get it fixed and they acted like it was mine, it is funny that the amount is similar to other people leaving reviews. They picked a hospital I am aware of, but I do not live in that area anymore so I did not fall for it.

Received a letter in the mail 2/15/2022 from these scammers, aka NACS, claiming I owed them debt from a hospital visit March 2021. Little do they know I was already contacted by UF Health The Villages last year.

They let me know 1) they do NOT report unpaid medical bills to any debt collectors and 2) they were hit with a ransomware attack in May 2021 where patient data was stolen.

It was right after this attack I started being harassed almost daily with phone calls and letters from HRRG (another fraudulent debt company) and now NACS about debt that I don't owe, especially not to them. Do yourself a favor and call your doctor if a bill doesn't look right. DON'T pay these people as they will steal your money.
