DO NOT EAT HERE IF VEGAN!!!!!!

I ordered a vegan pizza from them and whilst eating it I noticed pieces of beef on it. That I clearly accidentally ate. I called the manager who tried to send me a new pizza, but I told him I wanted a refund. He tried to give me a voucher and said the new pizza is on its way. I had to argue with him for about 20 minutes. He even hung up on me to answer another call! I never accepted any new pizza from them and returned the old pizza to them. I’ve still not been given a refund for the meal. Overall it was just shocking customer service and clearly no hygiene standard!

The quality of the food is really bad, Chicken Strippers had a terrible taste, like they had been cooked in a dirty oven or oil, Garlic Bread wasn't up to its usual standard either. Rang the store to give some feedback and was offered some more Chicken Strippers, I declined as the taste of the one I attempted to eat had put me off, needless to say I won't be ordering there again. Shame really as it used to be nice food but not anymore.

Probably one of the most unorganised Dominoes I have ordered from. Got our order wrong twice. Resulting in going back in. Ordered online to pick up. Told food was ready. Then said we had to wait again. So the pizza was going cold. Waited another 10 mins for another item that was missing. Then got the item to get into the car and realised they had given us the wrong order again. So had to Then go back in again and wait.

Terrible customer service terrible food ordered for delivery 4 personal meal deals all with wedges and sent out random deserts instead of wedges called up and said I wanted wedges not deserts and told me not there issue and just to eat the desert guy could barely understand English and was very rude

If I could give zero stars I would. We ordered tonight after receiving a discount due to a previous complaint. However this time we didn’t receive products we ordered, when called the store they were no help, no refund offered or replacement for the missing items. Absolutely shocking and the quality of the food is getting gradually worse too.

Ordered 3 pizzas for collection, the app said ready in ten minutes. I turned up on time and after a clear error that was not realised, only two pizzas were prepared and it took a further 20 minutes to actually produce the third pizza. I finally managed to pick up my order 40 minutes after arriving. Two pizzas were, by this time, luke warm. Despite some shrugging apologies the best compensation they could come up with was four greasy cookies. Desperately poor service.

Probably the worst Pizza I have ever had, base was like cardboard, it looked like it had been pre-baked and was extremely dry and tough. This is one franchise I will definitely not be using again.
