Been going here for years now, great range of products however they really need to up their game on electronics. Can’t really find a single thing, almost always have to refer to the Argos section.

Other than that, pretty good although I would say their prices could do some work.

I’ve been shopping here almost exclusively for 15 years. The prices have become absolutely outrageous. Everything is twice the price it was before nectar and then if you’re lucky maybe 5 of your 20 items will be on the super duper nectar card savings, which is still 10% more expensive than it was a month ago before they increased the price so they could offer the more expensive discount

Never had an issue at this supermarket until I ordered food my girls’ party. I went in 12.30 on Saturday 2nd November to collect as arranged but Half of my order was missing! The staff acted as if it was normal for that to happen. Offering me a refund with no apologies or alternatives. I requested for a better solution as I had a party starting in less than an hour. They told me it was going to take a while so I opted for a refund. One week later, my refund has still not been processed. I just got off the phone with customer service who said they would chase up the refund. Service was quite disappointing to say the least. It’s the 21st of November and I’ve still not had my refund. If there was zero star, I would give it.

There is plenty of disabled parking near the building. Also, there is a disabled toilet. Easy to manoeuvre around the shop in wheelchairs. May have to reverse if more than one shopping trolley is in an aisle. Staff are friendly and helpful if you need any assistance.

A really good Sainsbury's.
Clean, helpful staff and things of parking.
The food is good quality and much cheaper than yours expect. We picked up a couple of reduced price pizzas, they were beautiful and at £1.20 for a 14 inch pizza outstanding value!
