I've had the worst time working with Accompany Capital for a small business loan ($50k). Spent so much time complying all the documents they asked for. Throughout the process they were very quick to answer all my questions or to clarify something. But then all of a sudden, radio silence. I emailed the manger which gave me one more email reply stating they never got the last piece of document they requested. (this is after 2 emails asking if there was anything else needed and ETA on update). I gave this company every personal document they asked for, they ran credit checks, they have all my bank accounts, everything. After its been 12 days since I submitted "last document we need." And now, nothing. I've decided to come one Google reviews to help save someone else time and energy. Do Not Work With This Company! There's a reason they only have two reviews, from years ago. If I didn't get approved for the loan, then tell me that. Don't just stop responding. *(And to give you a little more context, my credit score is 820, own a home, a veteran, barely any debt. )

This is by far the best micro lender in NYC. The staff is fully professional and flexible in providing their assistance towards one obtaining the proper ginancial assistance to any small business opportunity as well as for new home buying financial products.
