Website was easy to navigate, find what you are looking, and there were plenty of payment options to complete your purchase or pay on a monthly subscription for various quantities of gold. Not impressed with the slow turn around of what I purchased. In this day and time parcels do not need to be in transit for several weeks. I watched my package travel from coast to coast of the US and finally into Canada. Give consumers the option to choose different couriers and I' am sure they will pay for the convenience and time. Packaging was another issue I had. The entire bubble wrapped envelope was discrete but squashed to the size of a piece of paper. Thankful the gold had its own packaging. Overall still undecided if I will be making any further purchases.

I've been an Acre Gold customer for over a year now. Kim in customer service through a lengthy set of emails has helped me understand how Acre Gold's accounting works. This level of transparency of payment, costs, etc. I learned from Kim should be part of the service's online account, but it's not. Bottom line Acre Gold costs 10% more than buying direct from a mint like Scottsdale Mint. The convenience of the monthly subscription is not worth the 10% premium to me. The lack of transparency online for accounting for every penny makes the experience with Acre Gold feel a bit shady. I'm canceling my subscription and will just schedule quarterly reminders on my Google Calendar to buy direct (Scottsdale or whomever is cheapest) and save the 10% premium.

LOVE THEM. I’ve had this subscription for about 6 months. I had to cancel due to finances, but their team helped me with options such as pausing my subscription for a couple months. recommend them. If you have any questions, send an email and they will help elaborate.

Wonderful Dealer, Acre Gold has been. Honest, fast and easily reachable. You can't ask for more than that when it comes to a silver and gold dealer. I know there are large dealers with fantastic reputations, but Acre Gold provides service you just don't find nowadays. Give them a try.

Paid 106$ for 6 months can't illicit a response from the co. Through email customer service literally stole 636$ from me they will do it yo you! Don't waste your time! Web support is out so I cannot change my password to turn off automatic payments ! Contacting my bank to dispute charges!
