The 5 star reviews are mostly fake. Believe the one star reviews. They have been ignoring my emails after lying that I didn’t respond to their threatening letter which they intentionally served on my birthday.

They then sent me another letter after two months that they are adding a charge for ignoring the letter which isn’t true. The sad thing is, I sent the letter and there is not much I can do to prove I did; and they can lie and get more money off me. I won’t back down, I have to stand up to these bullies. I know I sent that letter. Shame on you guys. You are ignoring me for a reason. I sent emails to both email addresses too. Evil people. I won’t back down.

This company’s communication is so poor, Iv been dealing with a case for a bout a year now and they asked me to state my monthly earnings which is less that 400£ they have then replied to me insisting my earnings are over 6k which is not true and I have never stated that they get me confused with other customers and then they threaten to take me to court when I’m trying to comply however whoever is on the other side of the emails isn’t paying attention to the form Iv filled out stating my monthly earnings. This company only knows how to call and harass people but as I’m being compliment clearly they have no idea what to do now I’m just getting an auto responses saying they will escalate the situation because my monthly earnings are too high to not pay off my student debt but as I have repetitively said, I litterly am unemployed and before I was unemployed I made less that 400£

I spoke to Jerrome Driscoll and was very impressed and appreciative in his management of my case. He listens and was patient with me. He considered my daughter and even offered a call back. He was understanding and made sure I understood everything. He reassured me that my circumstances have been noted and taken into consideration. He provided me with contact details and offered to help and advise me on my options if necessary for the duration of my plan. He had manners and respect the whole time and was not aggressive or forceful. I have spoken to other reps for company’s and this call by far was the best handled. Just spoke to Lisa Thompson and honestly it was the best conversation I think I’ve had in a while, the positivity and joy in her voice listening to my situation and congratulating me on being able to work towards creating a suitable plan that allows me to feel like I can actually exhale.

The one thing I will say is keep a constant line of COMMUNICATION because they will always do their best to help and be accommodating to your situation as long as they know what’s going on.
