AgFirst was wonderful to work with from the first phone call. I had a unique situation that others were unable to work with but Jason Rogers and the rest of the team there made it happen. Jason's manager, Michael Hamrick jumped in when needed and Shaneka McCoy, my processor, was a pleasure to work with as well. Would highly recommend this whole team for all your loan needs!

Beware of this lender, they don't care about the details of your closing, they make mistakes with your escrow disbursements, and when you call them to figure things out they blame other departments and give you the runaround. Only use this lender of you have no other choice. This is a REALLY bad mortgage lender in my opinion and I have had terrible experiences with them.

OMG, the people may be nice but the caliber of people they hire is simply put - incompetent! I have had my mortgage with them for just about 2 years and ever 3-4 months they consistently mess something up. It took me over two weeks to prove they screwed up a $20,000 cashier check which they credited as only $2,000. The incompetence of these personnel is overwhelming.

They have consistently forgot to pay may insurance and city taxes. I keep getting late notices for these. The poor loan officer is the one I have to go to to energize this company to get things paid and put back in good standing. The only reason I gave them a one star rating is because it wouldn’t go any lower. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headaches and frustration and go with somebody else..... Hell, I would go with a higher interest rate company then deal with these people ever again. Oh yea, don’t ever expect an apology for all their screw ups because that will never happen. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Agfirst is my mortgage holder currently. For 19 days and counting I have been requesting my note and hud1. I am attempting to refinance for a better rate. I have emailed 7 times and spoken by phone 3 times and gotten nothing. I get auto responses to emails. The customer service reps I spoke to via phone have promised my documents within time frames ranging from 10 minutes to 1 day to 72 hours. Nobody there seems to have any idea of what they are doing. The phone menu is also ridiculous and the wait times horrible. All to get nothing done. I wouldn't recommend anyone use them. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced.

I had a personal issue so I called and spoke with a Maxine Johnson and boy was she as professional as it gets. Solve all my problems in a matter of time. Wish more people would conduct themselves like her in the workplace. Please continue the excellent work.
