I thought I was the only one till I saw all these reviews. Haven’t had any problems but today, they were extremely rude giving attitude when i asked serious questions. Willing gave them my new address and that I’d make a payment next week they still threatened to repossess my car. put me on hold multiple times for no reason. Call “dropped” no she (dulce) just hung up very unprofessional. Wouldn’t tell me wether or not if i made my payments this week or next that I wouldn’t have any other payments due. Daisy is the manager and had the most attitude and wasn’t listening to any of my complaints or frustration whatsoever.

I’ve read the reviews and those of you they worked with. It sounds like you got lucky! They would not work with me except if I was late I had to make a payment before the next one was due. I bought a semi that ended up being financed with Alamo over a year ago and it’s been in the shop ever since. This company only cares about is getting their money and if you get behind they put your vehicle up for repo. They said they cannot work with me and they offer no solution to help you out. So those of you that are financially stable they are great because they get their money. Alamo obviously doesn’t care about anyone else just money and those that end up with a struggle here and there get screwed
So I can just imagine what the repo fees are gonna cost too.

The rudest "Manager" I've ever had to communicate with.
I have been paying on my vehicle for over 2 years and always make the payments.
I was behind one payment but I did make arrangements. When I called to make my payment she said my vehicle is already flagged for repo and will not be taking my payment unless I paid the full amount (which was now double the amout) and there's nothing she can do. I asked her to take my payment and work something out with the repo fee but nothing she just kept repeating herself " there's nothing I can do" as a I begged for assistance. I explained my situation for the reason having to make arrangements and just repeat herself over and over.

Would not even rate them 1 star but it made me. They are horrible!! They say they want to help people but they refuse to when you actually need help! Don't ever buy a car that's financed with them! They are rude!!!

My car note was purchased by them when they bought out another dealership.I made my final payment and five months later I still have not recieved my title. I just got off the phone with one of the representatives to ask where my title was and I recieved nothing but attitude. Highly unprofessional and very rude.

Everyone there is always great. I always make my payments on time but when I can’t they work with me. I can hardly believe all the negative reviews!

Everything about them is always stressful. The only reason I use them is because I am required. If you are company thinking about using them for your finances DON'T. I know others that have to pay their car note through this company and they hate it too.
