It's nice to have a shop other than the dealer for my Chevy Volt hybrid. Chuck was very honest about what was wrong with my car when he could have gotten away with charging me more money. And They went out of their way to take care of a recurring problem at no charge. And on top of that, because of the attached gas station, I can pick up my car after regular business hours.

HOWEVER, every final invoice has included a charge of $123 for a "Level 1 inspection" while it's nice to know what else needs attention on my vehicle, I didn't ask for the inspection and it seems rather "sneeky" to add that charge to the bill without me asking for the inspection.
