If you’re looking to be misled and given false hope ACCC is the place to go. They let me believe that they were going to help me only to have my credit card companies close my accounts and tank my credit score. I can safely say I’m way worse off now than I was before. They might say they’re a non profit but all they really are is a scam. Do your research before you talk to them and don’t trust anything they say. My credit score is now 100 points lower than before I talked to them and I’m in total financial ruins. Thanks a lot ACCC

In response to the reply from ACCC, there were several false statements made. My score dropped after everything happened and I actually have proof to back up my statements unlike you. The first person I talked to was very kind and understanding but all the rates and payments I was told I would make were rejected. They mentioned it could happen but made it sound like that wouldn’t happen for my situation. When I called back the person who I talked to was extremely rude and just seemed like they didn’t care at all. Your reply is misleading and shows that you didn’t really take the time to go through the phone calls I had, you’re just pumping out a generic response. If you actually care, please call me up and fit it instead of using a bunch of fake reviews to give yourselves 5 stars on google. Own up to the things you said you’d do instead of just scamming and screwing people over and giving people a false sense of hope. It makes me sick.

It is really dedicated to you and aiding you in solving your debt issues using any option that may help you best, that you may be most comfortable with. Josh Callahan in particular was a total saviour, who relieved so many of my anxieties and with completely practical solutions and examples. Please call them and get all your queries addressed, so you can take charge of your credit. Don't hesitate, it's a safe space.

I am a new client with ACCC and I called Customer Service to make sure I had done everything necessary to make my first payment. Jojo was the representative who took my call and he answered my questions and assured me if I needed any assistance at any time to feel free to contact online OR by phone. As a senior who is not digitally savvy I appreciated Jojo extending me personal assistance.
