Wow bring lots of business to this Credit Union I use my grace period on my loans but never more than 30 days late and they use that against me saying that I’m not current and need to be current even to consider and it is not a guaranteed. I have recently got into a car accident No empathy what so ever I ask for 20 dollars overdraft fee as a courtesy.. last overdraft fee reverse was On November of 2023. I can’t wait for this junk fee to be removed through Congress this bill needs to be pass. I came and made a deposit to bring my account current and only ask for 1 not multiples. But I guess they don’t appreciate my business. Plus I have so many years in this industry as well and been very successful showing empathy to my customers and consumers.

Love this place. Been with the VA Credit Union since 1987. This branch in Sandy always has kind tellers. I told them I was grateful they were honoring Jimmy Carter with the Eisenhower rule of flag at half staff. Thank you

I used the drive through to deposit a check. When I returned home, I noticed the amount credited to my account (on my receipt) was $100 less than it should have been. When I logged into my account, the error had already been fixed in the system. Thank goodness!

I have been a member of American United, formerly Credit Union One, since moving to Salt Lake County in 1995. Juli M. handled my auto refinance over the phone and got me a better rate and payment. All I had to do was come in a sign the papers. American United has been a pleasure to deal with over these 30 years!

The teller was extremely professional and very friendly. My time with American United Federal Credit Union was been superb for the past ten plus year.
Sadly, I am relocating and had to close my account.
I will miss the fabulous service and all of the tellers at the Sandy location.

Ms. Amy was the BEST! Once Ms.Amy received my application, she took off like a rocket until she put us both in end zone. Credit Unions really do care about the interest of their members versus these big - interest - money hungry - banks.
