I am still waiting on a report back from the Trussville branch for the latest error on my IRA. 3 hours to transfer 3 IRA CDs that matured is unbelievable, except that I continued to catch errors during the marathon session. After receiving my statement it was still WRONG! The representatives at BOTH branches admit they don't know what they are doing! I was audited by the IRS, ZERO help from Amfirst. My 2019 IRA CD apparently wasn't reported and I spent a year during COVID being threatened with fines and penalties. Previously I spent over 4 hours on an internal transfer FULL of errors at the Roebuck branch.
Changed branches, to NO AVAIL! My advice to anyone wanting to open IRAs, run, don't walk away from Amfirst! These days the folks down there hate to see me coming....I think they think that I am the problem. I literally begged them to direct me to someone, anyone who knew how to process the transactions correctly. Apparently there is no such person. Pray for me, I have to call or go back and check after a week to see what damage I might expect for erroneous reporting to the IRS. Amfirst is supposed to be an expert in the products they offer up to the public. Unbelievable!

I don’t know who i can make a complaint to about cassey or whatever his name is that works in the collections department! But someone way above him needs to reach out to me. I will not stop until he gets his proper professionalism over the phone. I pray he doesn’t have kids that are on their on getting fired from a job and have a grown man speaking to him in the manner that he does! Whoever reads this reach out to me asap to get a resolution. Ms Tammy has been helping me since i ran into really really hard times with my truck note but he won’t even listen to me explain what I’m going to be paying and when or why. Awful awful experiences! God sees ALL!

I purchased a car 3 years ago and have paid more than my payment every month for the entire 3 years---my payments are automatic. Today I received a letter that I am behind 2 payments and they reported to credit bureaus. I have (had) perfect credit. They say there was a system upgrade that caused this, but did not apologize for ruining my credit and stressing me out. Also, they claim that they notified me of this via email; however, they do not have my email address on file. They also did not call me to ask why my payment is late. I'm going to terminate my dealings with this "credit union" as it is a very low class organization. I believe they need some stronger oversight from a regulating agency.

I was in great need of some time sensitive information with some past bank statements. Mr. Tillman took the time to do some extensive research on my account.
