Had great experience here, Devon our salesman was absolutely amazing, he answered all my questions and made the process was very easy no stress, we stopped in late Monday evening 3/10/2025, test drove the truck, before lunch the very next he reached out and said all set, very fast and friendly, they gained a life long customer for sure, the only issue was we didn’t stop here first and that’s on us.

I really wanted to buy a Honda in the Jackson area. On Monday, I stopped in with cash to purchase a car. The process took so long. During one of the many trips the salesman had to take to speak to someone, I walked to Extreme Dodge and purchased a car.

It took the time of the salesman talking to his boss for the whole process to be completed at the other dealership.

So now I'm driving a nissan when I want a Honda because customer service speaks volumes.

If they won't take my cash, they won't be willing to address issues of concern in the future. That's for sure!

Art Moehn burnt me this time with this last botched deal. I have had many missed service and sale partnerships with this place. So this time, I just can not support this business anymore.. What part of putting my money down on a car says I don't want it, or sell it to someone else; in what world? I wasted vacation time to be available today for a business that had other plans than taking my money. Bottom line, this scenario to purchase a vehicle is a joke and not my only story where i just leave myself shaking my head afterward. Not anymore. You lost today, my business, and all future service for my family.

Not hard to find this car. Close on this tomorrow. Again Ralph Shaheen outplayed both your stores by listening to what the person in front of them is saying. Take notes.

Have always bought my vehicles from there no longer will I. For the past year at every oil change, I have been telling them my oil is going somewhere in my truck. They had me bring it in every thousand miles and they would have to top it off but then they tell me and tell me and tell me that it is normal to lose the oil I was losing Now that my warranty is expired they tell me that there is a leak and I need a new engine. Before this they would tell me over and over there was no visible leak and that it was normal to lose oil in between oil changes. Now I am making payments on a piece of scrap metal. Never will I ever refer anyone again or go back to them. Then they act like they don’t care about a long-term customer it’s sad.
