They sold my sister a death trap. She had it about a week and when on the highway the rim shattered and the tire came all the way off. When she called to talk about it they said too bad and hung up on her. They tried to sell my mom a car with a bad transmission too. My dad noticed that when test driving. They also tell you to put a dealer plate in a window instead of attaching it to the plate location. All in all, very shifty and do not recommend

I don't really understand the bad reviews but this is a used car place that's the risk your taking. I bought a 2012 Chevrolet Cruze recently great miles & I took it to the shop to get looked at before I just start driving it because I have 2 kids & plus that's the smart thing to do. Long story short just minor issues got it fixed right away but overall a great buy.

My boyfriend robert bought a ford escape from asap and has had nothing but problems, all brakes, tie rods coil packs wiring issues, and 3 days ofor driving had the transmission go out. The people at asap said it was a fantastic car and was very reliable now he's out $4000 would not suggest them 1 star

Got a vehicle from them and worked with Kenny to do it. Kenny was understanding and patient with the issues we faced to get the vehicle My temporary plates expired yesterday (on Christmas day), so I called the dealership Nick answered and rudely told me that the paperwork got messed up and my plates should be in by Friday. He told me to keep driving on expired registration and just explain if I'm pulled over. I called Michigan state police and they don't recommend this. According to the secretary of state, the dealership can grant me another temporary registration, but nick is refusing and even hung up on me when I told him what the police told me. Would NOT recommend. UPDATE: Nick went to secretary of state and got me a plate today. I just had to pick it up

Sales guy Chris was friendly, seemed honest enough. He worked with me as much as he could on my interest and overall i got the vehicle i wanted, a trailblazer, used of course. . Only drove 70 miles so far, satisfied at this point.
