Claudia is the most respectful and she has amazing customer service. She was very helpful and helped me get through a rough patch. I would definitely recommend coming here if you need a loan it’s quick and easy. I would definitely come here again.

All the trouble these people e make you go through for nothing. Plus they never answer their phone and when they do they are so rude I would not recommend this place at all.

I kid you not don't do business with these people at neither location they was rude, disrespectful. Than say due to being so busy they just had a day when I spoke with them more than once and the unprofessionalism. I was pre-approved than told magically can't move forward due to 0 income after the bills. Mind you for months I was contacted to do a loan with them. Smh they full of it and I am glad they couldn't cause the rude unprofessional and attitude is disrespectful. They never know who on the phone but they treat people any type of way says alot about them . May God have mercy on them and handle them because it's not ok what they doing

Diana has the worst attitude…. I received multiple solicitation calls in a week for $27…. What can anyone do with that? When I called to figure out why I’m receiving calls, Diana quickly got an attitude and hung up in my face…. Very Unprofessional!!! I called back to speak with someone different and she continued to yell on the phone…. I called corporate and I’m definitely waiting on a callback…. Customer Service at an all time LOW!!!!

Yes I found Ms. Shawna Jordan. I traveled from Lufkin, TX to Houston, TX just to find her. She is a jewel to this company. I'm so proud and happy for her. Please ATLAS CREDIT don't ever take Shawna Jordan away from this company. All my friends in Houston near the Little York office love her at this location. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BRINGING SHAWNA TO HOUSTON.
