Highly don’t recommend STATE AUTO SALES LLC yesterday Mark Abdul told me to call him and make sure I can make it so he can stay after hours to let me test drive a car then ignored me when I told him I can head that way. Even answered the phone and then hung up on me. Today he told me to come look at the vehicle and then as I’m 20min away out of my 1hr 30min drive he messages me and tells me the car is sold. He then proceeded to tell me the car has been sold since yesterday and sorry it happened to me. Definitely will never buy a car from state auto sales guys trash and needs to learn how to properly conduct business

Do not buy! I had the same situation happen as other people and I wish I saw these reviews sooner. Bought a car with two warning lights on, the washing fluid and tire pressure, knowing those are super easy and cheap fixes I bought the car thinking I had a good deal. Once clearing those warning lights, the check engine came on. I took it to a mechanic, the catalytic converter needs replacing, the brake pads are severely warn and the car is dangerous to drive, the sway bar links need replacing, the CV hull shaft needs replacing, the Axel boot is completely torn. All these repairs cost more than I brought the car for. I contacted them to see if they would buy the car back, obviously no responses.

Bought a car from these guys and was told there were no problems and it ran like new. It leaked transmission fluid the first day and when I went to see the problem someone sloppily put the axel seal on wrong and crack something that caused leaking, I can’t lock my doors without the alarms going off, the sensor for the tire pressure was broken too, then my transmission fully gave out on me after I had my personal mechanic fix what these guys did. And when I called to ask if they had a mechanic for the transmission he told me they didn’t have one at all for any issue and it was my problem to deal with. I wouldn’t recommend these guys. After owning the car for half a year I’ve put over 3k into my car that I bought for 4

I'd never do business here again, and I'm contemplating contacting the Better Business Bureau. The car sold to us was promised that it was in "great condition" and "had no issues." The car in question broke the same day as the sale and ended up being a 400 dollar fix. Leaking Transmission fluid from the axel seal, and here we are not even two months later with a bad solenoid and gear shift. This shop obviously just takes in junk cars and makes them look pretty for purchase. Buyers beware

Buy at your own risk, you've been warned. Our car was sold as is condition, but in "great shape". The next day it broke down, wouldn't run at all. The turbo had gone out on the car and we found that the dealer cleared the check engine code prior to us coming to test drive the car. We shouldn't have announced that we were coming. which gave them time to clear the code. $1100 to have it fixed. Then only found more and more issues with the car. We'll be about $2000 in getting this up to "great Shape". 2013 and the spark plugs were original. Brakes/Rotors and rear hub assemblies in very poor condition. Mark Abdul told us the car had been inspected by the local brake and muffler shop. Contacted the Michigan Attorney General's office and reported this dealership.

I found a van here that was posted on Facebook marketplace. I asked if anything was wrong with it, they told me no. I asked if everything electrical works, they told me yes. I get there and the van’s power lock buttons didn’t work, the passenger power door only opened manually, the battery was dead and the tires were low. I was so set on getting it that I looked past those things, and the guy I spoke to wouldn’t budge any more on the price even with those issues. I paid $3,900 for a 2009 with over 170k miles on it not realizing this wasn’t a good deal. I bought it in February, since then it’s only been FOUR MONTHS and I have discovered that the AC does not work, the check engine light came on almost immediately and stays on, there was no rear windshield wipers on and there is a bolt rusted on so bad that I couldn’t even install new ones, the front passenger door handle was on the verge of breaking and now no longer opens from the outside, the radiator started leaking, the brights don’t stay on, the hazard lights don’t stay on, the passenger window occasionally comes off the track, all of the tires have slow leaks and the trunk door suddenly stopped staying open by itself. Not only was I overcharged but these guys lied about the van having any issues from the beginning and completely ripped me off. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them unless they actually did something to make this right.

Bought at a car from these guys may 23rd, I’ve had problems with my car ever since I took it off the lot after they told me there were no issues. After I got under the car I realized they put ALOT of USED and OLD car parts on the cars on their lot they did it with mine. When I called and told them my transmission crapped out on me after a month of owning the car the OWNER told me I had the car for four months. I got my license in may the same month I got the car. So obviously these guys are just lying scammers. Wouldn’t get even a pen to write with from these guys
