Great, helpful, knowledge, staff that truly care about you issue. This may sound crazy but they all are capable of thinking so if they don't have exactly what you need. They use their brain and can give you a comparable option. Or an option you may not have thought of. "Experience" is what they call it. Hard to find these days.

I've been using highland auto value for over 20 years. The amazing part is that all these years later, I get to deal with the same knowledgeable employees that were there when I was a teenager and now get to know the newer staff that are extremely helpful as well. As a business owner myself, I can really appreciate when staff goes the extra mile to help out a customer and highland auto value excells at that. This place had quality parts, and no-nonsense service.. they answered questions and the prices weren't too bad. What else could you expect from an auto parts store. Shop locally if you can, and give them a chance.
