I can't say enough great things about Kelly Maher Sales Consultant at Betten Baker Ford of Ludington. I found the 2024 Ford F-150 FX4 with a 5.0 I was looking for in white with dark interior which wasn't easy to find in Michigan go figure. I put in a request for information and Kelly called me within minutes. He asked how I would prefer to communicate and I told him through text which was nice. Kelly answered every question I had which seemed like a million texts back and forth and he made the process easy and painless. Kelly went to bat for me on pricing which I appreciated since it showed me that he really wanted my business and was willing to work with me. Overall, Kelly offered me a great truck buying experience and I highly recommend him when it comes to looking for a new Ford. Josh Greene the business manager and Kelly worked together to provide me with all of the paperwork and documentation I needed ahead of time to drive there and pick up the vehicle. I had a non starting F250. I called Baker Ford Ludington who promised a diesel mechanic for the next morning. It was towed there by AAA and before noon I had my truck back in working order. I brought my Maverick in to have it checked over, and there was no problem with it. Betten Baker Ford of Ludington did not over charge me, or try to sell me stuff I didn't need. They were professional, courteous, and prompt. I had to drop my vehicle off the day before the appointment due to my personal schedule, and they were able to complete the service early! Awesome!

I ordered and purchased a new 2023 F-150 specifically for trailer towing. I was impressed by the dealership's overall operation and received what I consider a fair trade in value for my older F-150. I was particularly impressed with Sales Manager Pam Sniegowski who helped guide me through the process and during the wait time for the order to be build and shipped to their dealership.
