This place is a scam I paid a super speeders ticket through this company. I worked with Al Delgado who took my payment. It took me 3 weeks to get a payment confirmation and my payment still hasn’t been applied to drivers services. One month later this still hasn’t been resolved. Al Delgado advised they will not give me my money back and he will tell any lawyer the same thing. GA drivers services confirmed they do not know this company and to Flag them as fraud.

I've got a 3000$ in collections that says it's from this company from 3 years ago. However I have no idea what it is in regards to as I'm only in my 20s and have never taken out any loans or anything. This is the first time I have ever heard of this company.

Sent me mail claiming I have an unpaid GA super speeding ticket (I don't), claiming they had previously sent me notice of this (they didn't), and claiming my driving privileges have been suspended because of this (they haven't). Just straight up lies all around.

They do nothing but harass me 24/7. Even after telling them it is "Against the law" to send my 18 mos old daughter who is on disability/ state insurance a bill, they insist I owe $2200! Her insurance company paid 100% of her bill so yes they are a scam! I even asked him to give me her insurance information to make sure they had it up to date and he couldn't even answer me. He insisted I owed them money and my account is already in collections. By the way, he claimed to be the supervisor and said his name was Rex Miller..... I hung up on him after he told me how I should talk and I would not get my way and told them I'd pursue charges if they continue to send a bill and harass me

I do not understand what all the bad reviews are for. I had a medical bill $1000 i could not pay off years ago and it went to this agency as a debt. It made my credit score drop about 100pts. So now that i have money i decided to pay it off in full and of course it had interest charges tagged on it because its been in collections so long but i paid that too and i asked for a receipt and they sent one to my email. I had no issues with the transaction process at all. I never even had them hounding me by calling me on the phone the whole time i was in debt. My collections showed up a month later as paid off in CK and even though the internet says this is not possible, i gained half of my credit score back after that debt was paid in full. The way i see it, if you have a debt it is your responsibility to pay it off. Companies can't run for free so why should i just expect to just magically get out of paying what i owe when i used someones services.

One of the worst experiences I've had dealing with a debt collector. I got into a vehicle accident and was transported via EMS. They shortly reported my account to Bay Area. When contacted, I gave Bay Area my insurance information and assumed it was over. Months later I'm contacted by them again stating that I owe a balance of $300+.

I ask them to send me an email verifying my balance. Only five days after I requested an email Bay Area had already reported this meger balance to the credit bureus eveb though I was a willing participant and they had already recieved over $1700+ from my insurance company. Horrible business practice and horrible customer service.

Note: The fact that they have no American Born workers (All indian/Middle Eastern), horrible service, and bad business practices, creates the illusion that this company is a Scam. They are not. They just perform horrible business. Check with your original debtor and ask for verification.

A fraudulent bill showed up on my credit report, I disputed with the three agencies and only TransUnion removed. Tried calling BAC direct three times and emailed, but received no assistance or response. On the fourth try I reached a call service rep who had all inaccurate information and offered to send an itemized statement out. I told her I just wanted it removed and I had made several attempts to contact BAC, she was actually helpful and removed the interest accrued from the debt. Still have yet to see the email response promised though regarding resolution. Their communication or lack there of is definitely problematic...
