My experience with Bethpage Federal Credit Union has been wonderful, The Rep Ms. K. Cole who assisted me with opening my checking and savings account was very helpful, answered all my questions, gave me the floor to ask anything I needed to ask, was very engaged and kept a conversation very polite and kept a smile on her face. It was a pleasure meeting such a nice person that actually wants to help others!!

You guys are great. Truly! Would be 5 but no matter how many times I try to make future mortgage payments and/or interest only payments, tellers routinely don't know how to apply future / interest only mortgage payments. TY!!

Bethpage made the process of opening an account easy. I was informed of all documents needed prior to the virtual appointment, allowing the process to be quick, smooth and easy. They assisted me in identifying a partner branch close to my home so I can complete my banking on line or in person at my convenience.

Stacy was wonderful when she took down my information. The process was pretty seamless. I would have gave them five stars if one person wasn't so dismissive with my questions and tried to push things along which was a little annoying. I shouldn't have to feel apologetic to ask questions when my home is being put on collateral. I am not going to mention this person's name just because she seemed like a nice lady but just slightly impatient. She needs to understand I am applying for a HELOC and putting my house on the line, but Candice made it up by answering all my questions in great detail and she was super helpful from creating my savings account to making me feel secure. I will be closing Saturday and might update this review if necessary.

I was told I qualified for a HELOC, and then I got rejected for the HELOC. But if you open a bank account with them, they deposit $250 not your account.
