Absolutely love and recommend this credit union! All experiences have been amazing and we've been with them for 5+ years. They were quick in a small auto loan approval and made the process easy and pretty quick! Then also offered a credit card when they learned we were trying to build our credit to purchase a home. Most recently, I've had my debit card compromised 4 times in 5ish months and the last time they also gained access to our bank account and took a total of $1338 on a Monday afternoon. After I was alerted, I called the bank and they immediately froze everything and stopped any further transactions. They set us up a new account with all deposits transferred by Wednesday and by Friday we had our $1338 back. I was an embarrassing mess during this whole process and they were all so kind, patient, professional, sympathetic..just amazing. Highly trust and highly recommend!

Great credit union, they've always been courteous and understanding. It would be nice if they offered no credit check emergency loans like many credit unions are doing. Overall I would recommend this credit union to all!

BlueOx has been amazing for my family. They refi'd Mt car at a much better rate, when my husband asked for an auto loan and explained we are trying to build his credit for a home purchase he was approved for an auto as well as a credit card that we hadn't even asked for to help with credit building! The fraud dept is very much on top of suspicious card activity and work very quickly to dispute and shut down unauthorized charges. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Ally is one of my favorites! Always so patient and kind, explains things very well, and stays professional at all times! We are very pleased with BlueOx and highly recommend them!

2/5/25 ANOTHER UPDATE TO THE SCAM WAYS IN WHICH THIS CREDIT UNION DOES BUSINESS! I AM STUCK HERE BECAUSE OF MY CAR LOAN... CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNTS, DO NOT USE THESE SCAMMERS AND HUSTLERS!!! THIS CREDIT UNION IS TRASH!!! RUN AWAY FROM THEM AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!! THEY ARE NOT PROCESSING TRANSACTIONS CORRECTLY AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THIS WILL CAUSE OVER DRAFT FEES WEEKS LATER AND NEGATIVE BALANCES WHEN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE THE FUNDS WERE AVAILABLE!!! ATTENTION NEW UPDATE!!! NEVER USE BLUEOX CREDIT UNION!!! THEY ARE TERRIBLE!!! MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING THE ATM AT THE LOCATION TO DEPOSIT MY EMPLOYMENT PAYROLL CHECK AND WAS NOT AWARE THAT THEY HOLD THE MAJORITY OF THE FUNDS FOR 5 TO 7 DAYS!!! Just in case any of you were thinking about banking with BlueOx Credit Union, PLEASE DO NOT! They are trash! They love the hidden fees and will let companies overdraft your account so they can get more of these type of fees if you don't realize fast enough! This is the 2nd time they let a company overdraft and run my account negative! My debit card was lost, and when I updated my card info at Xfinity, it automatically checks "autopay" and makes you manually uncheck it... if you realize it was checked, you can immediately uncheck. If not, you're SOL. Well, I didn't realize this, and they automated billed me today, and it took my account negative... which you would think couldn't happen, but here we are! Now, this isn't a crazy huge deal except for the fact that this is done on purpose to collect fees! Same as when you pay your bills in a certain order, but the bank pays out in a different order, which sometimes causes accounts to go negative. That benefits the financial institution because it can cause overdraft fees... BANKS MAKE MILLIONS A YEAR BY CHARGING POOR OR FINANCIALLY BURDEN PEOPLE MONEY FOR THESE FEES THEY DO NOT HAVE! This system is rigged to favor corporations and CEO salaries!!! Be aware that banks and credit unions are in this to make money off your back... they are trash!

Speaking only from personal experience. Weather I've needed assistance or help with anything. From opening an account, to buying a car or getting a loan. The process has been stress free, friendly, and fast. I would absolutely recommend this credit union to family and friends confidently.

I called in with questions regarding my account and somehow was connected to Darrin in the mortgage department even though I had questions on my credit card account. He was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions and explain in detail about what the issue was without transferring me. Thank you for the quick service Darrin!
